Our machines can handle molds from 6x6x6 in. to 39x39x39 in.. At Skyline we can make a part that weights 0.05 - 800 grams depending on material.

How long will our Tool last and who is responsible for it?

At Skyline Plastics we pride ourselves on quality work. If we build your tool in house or source it to one of our local tool shops we will be responsible for maintaining your tool for the agreed upon shot count. We have many tools built in house running well over 1 million shots.

Class 101 Tool: 1 million shots

Class 102 Tool: 500,000 shots

Class 103 Tool: 250,000 shots

Prototype Tool: 1,000-10,000 shots (depending on materials)
